STANDARD ROOM-ONLY RATES:
King Room - $95.00/night
Queen Room - $95.00/night
Rate assumes minimum two night stay.
Carisbrooke is no longer able to provide full service bed & breakfast and we are
restricting our service to "room only" accommodation for guests of current North Lake Travis
residents. Rates have been adjusted accordingly.
We apologize if this means that we shall not be able to serve you.
This notice is updated May 2008, and valid indefinitely.
Confirmed reservation requires one night payment in advance.
Carisbrooke accepts payment by cash or check.
We do not currently accept credit cards.
Cancellation requires 24 hours notice for full refund of deposit.

Driving directions to Carisbrooke:
From Austin, north on Hwy.183 to FM1431 in Cedar Park.
Turn left onto FM1431 for 11 miles to Lago Vista.
Turn left in Lago Vista (at light) onto Lohmans Ford Road for 3.1 miles.
Turn right onto Boggy Ford Road for 1 mile.
Fork left onto Highland Lake Drive for 2 miles.
Carisbrooke is on the right side between Ford Cove & Fillmore Cove.
Please use the front driveway on Highland Lake Drive side of property.
